WELCOME TO THE 2024/25 CANICROSS CHAMPIONSHIP!

Thank you for making our first championship year such a success! We are now fully underway with our 2nd year and cannot wait to see what it produces!

This season we will have points up for grabs for the first 20 finishers, male & female. The full tables can be found below after each stage.

The dates (so far) are as follows:

Scorrier Twilight 20th October 2024

Haldon Twilight 25th October 2024

Lobster Lollop 16th November 2024

Siblyback Santa Scamper 8th December 2024

Tehidy Twilight 18th January 2025

Haldon 2nd Feb 2025

Siblyback Twilight 15th March 2025

Cardinham 29th March 2025

-The top 20 Male & Female finishers on each stage in both the 5k & 10k distances will earn Championship Series points.

-Runners do not need to enter all stages.

-The duo with the most Championship points at the end of the final stage will be crowned series champion, plus we will have awards for the 2nd & 3rd place series finishers.

Standard PGE Canicross rules apply, in addition:

Runners will be permitted to run with one dog only, this does not need to be the same dog at each stage. (If anyone requires further information please email us at info@purplegeckoevents.co.uk)

Please note the 2025 dates are subject to final permissions & stages will go on Sale once confirmed.

As always, Canicross participants will set off individually in a Time Trial Fashion with 10 second intervals.

We will have awards for all finishers on each stage plus awards for the top Male & Female finishers as always too!
