THE LOBSTER LOLLOP 2024

SATURDAY 16TH NOVEMBER

Welcome to the Purple Gecko Events Lobster Lollop in association with the National Lobster Hatchery! We take pride in this being a family event with something for just about everyone!

The Lobster Lollop is a no-pressure trail run out & back along the famous Camel Trail with

2.5k, 5k, 10k & 10 Mile distances to choose from.

We also have a Canicross category on the 5k, 10k & 10 mile distance!

There are no cut-off times in any category on this event. Take your time, have fun, no pressure!

Every runner will receive a Lobster Lollop medal & we will have awards for the top finishers in each category!

Donations can be made upon entry to the National Lobster Hatchery to support all the wonderful conservation work they do

All runners will be able to show their medal at the Lobster Hatchery to gain free entry all weekend!

Minimum ages restrictions are as follows

5 years for the 2.5k,

8 years for the 5k,

14 years for the 10k

18 years for the 10 mile.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

All Canicross participants must be 16 years or older.

The Cardinham Winter 10k returns on Saturday 11th & Thursday 16th September 2021!

Socially distant trail running, 3 waves to choose from, no cut off time, everyone receives a Cardinham Winter Series 2021 medal with the 10k ribbon plus we have awards for top 3 male & Female in each category!

Runners that were already signed up for postponed event due to to Covid in 2020 will be automatically transferred over to this event. We will email all entrants with confirmation including allocated starting wave:)
