Welcome to The Coast to Coast Copper Trail

Back for its 5TH year on SATURDAY 10TH MAY 2025

An 11.5 Mile trail run from Portreath on the North Coast of Cornwall all the way across to Devoran Quay on the South Coast!

There is no cut off time for this event. We will have one checkpoint for you at the Fox & Hounds at Scorrier, where

our lovely staff will be waiting to supply you with fluids and salt & sugar snacks!

(Please make sure staff have checked off your bib number here even if you do not plan on stopping to eat or drink!)

This way marked trail follows two historic transport routes across Cornwall first opened in 1812, helping the mines transport copper to the ports of Portreath & Devoran.

The race will start 9am on Portreath beach.

Registration will be open from 7.30am in Portreath Surf Lifesaving Club.

All runners will receive a Coast-to-Coast Copper trail medal & there will be awards for the top male & female finishers!

No kit check BUT All runners must be carrying fluid & a mobile phone.

Optional reusable cup if you would like coke/squash at the CP - We will not have any cups for you either here or the finish.

The minimum age for this event is 18 years.

This event is subject to restricted numbers.

Optional minibus transfer shuttle back to the start can also be booked on entry.

(Please note this is not an 'on demand' bus, but will be as & when numbers require them to leave so there may be a little wait at times but we do our very best to minimise this for you. Please do not give our staff hassle if a bus isn't ready to leave the minute you are).
