MAN UP & DOWN returns in 2024!

A 20k coast path trail run supporting Man Down Cornwall.
Man Down Cornwall offer a safe space to meet the current emotional and mental health needs of men who are struggling to cope with the everyday pressures facing them in our modern society.
‘Man Up & Down’ is a timed 20k trail along the North Cornish Coast starting at 8am on Saturday 21st September 2024.
Runners will set off from Portreath, navigating the iconic & rugged North Cornwall coastline & finish at the Watering Hole in Perranporth.
There will be a checkpoint at St. Agnes Head fully stocked with fluids and salt & sugar snacks for you.
There are no cut off times for this event. Please make sure you have a mobile phone & fluid for safety.
Every runner will receive a Man Up & Down medal & we will have awards for the top 3 male & female finishers!
Race Timings
Race Registration in Portreath Surf Lifesaving Club opens at 0630hrs
Race registration closes 0755hrs
Race briefing 0755hrs
Race Start on Portreath Beach 0800hrs
There is an option for a voluntary donation upon booking towards Man Down Cornwall & you can also request a sponsorship form from us if you wish to do your own fundraising
